We are currently a team of around 1,200 specialists organized into practice areas such as Cloud, Workplace, Cybersecurity, and Data. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Workplace practice and support clients throughout the region.
Job functions
As a Microsoft 365 Specialist you will own the day-to-day administration and improvement of our clients' productivity platforms. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 suite across multiple tenants.
- Configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage user provisioning, licensing, and conditional-access policies.
- Automate recurring tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Provide tier-2 support and document standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory and identity management.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; familiarity with the Graph API.
- Working knowledge of Linux server administration.
- Intermediate English, both written and spoken.
Conditions
Hybrid schedule based in Bogotá, with two days on-site per week. Indefinite-term contract, full-time hours, and a salary range of $4,000,000 – $5,500,000 COP depending on experience. Benefits include private health insurance, an annual training budget, and 15 days of paid vacation.
